What scraping one page actually costs.

Public list prices from every web scraping API, normalized to dollars per 1,000 pages at the volume you actually run. Credit multipliers, plan floors and expiry included, because that is where the real price hides.

Pages per month

Cheapest published route to that volume, plan floors included

# Cheapest route

What a headline price leaves out.

A credit is not a page

The same page costs one credit plain and up to seventy-five through an anti-bot wall. Every price here is per page, after the multiplier.

Who charges for a failure

Some sellers bill only a 200, others bill every attempt. On a hard site that difference is larger than the sticker price, and the table marks it.

Plan floors dominate small volume

A $49 minimum on 1,000 pages a month is $49 per 1,000, whatever the rate card says. The monthly bill column shows it.

Every number has a source

No estimates and no affiliate links. Each provider page lists the exact URL and the date the price was read off it.

Questions the table answers.

Every figure below is recomputed from the provider records each time the site is built, against prices last checked on 2026-09-14.

What is the cheapest web scraping API at 10,000 pages a month?

Zyte API is the cheapest published route, at $0.130 per 1,000 Plain pages, or $1.30 a month for 10,000. AnyAPI is next at $0.700 per 1,000. Both figures are list prices with the credit multiplier and any plan minimum already applied, and 21 providers publish a price at this volume.

What does a page fetch API cost at only 1,000 pages a month?

The cheapest published route is Zyte API at $0.130 per 1,000, which comes to $0.130 for the month. The dearest of the 21 priced providers is Zenscrape at $59.99 per 1,000, because its smallest plan is charged in full whether you use it or not. At this volume the plan floor, not the per-page rate, decides what you pay.

Which providers let you start without a monthly plan?

8 of the 26 providers tracked here sell pages with nothing to pay up front: AnyAPI, Apify Website Content Crawler, Bright Data Web Unlocker, Crawlbase, Nimble, Olostep, Spider and Zyte API. Everyone else asks for a plan or a prepaid pack first, and the smallest of those is $19.00. That entry price is shown on every provider page as the cheapest way in.

Do unused page credits expire?

Usually yes: 19 of the 26 providers reset an unused allowance at the end of every billing cycle, so anything you did not spend is gone. 4 let credits roll over indefinitely and 1 sell prepaid packs with a stated validity window instead. 2 do not publish an answer at all, which the table marks rather than guesses.

How much more does Anti-bot cost than a Plain page?

On most price lists, nothing: 8 of the 15 providers that publish a price for both charge exactly the same per 1,000 for an Anti-bot page as for a Plain page. The exceptions are scrapestack at 2.0 times the Plain rate, Scrapingdog at 2.3 times the Plain rate, ScraperAPI at 3.0 times the Plain rate, ZenRows at 3.6 times the Plain rate, ScrapingBee at 5.2 times the Plain rate, Zyte API at 9.8 times the Plain rate and ScrapingAnt at 13.1 times the Plain rate. The bigger difference is coverage, because only 15 of the 26 providers price Anti-bot at all.

Which web scraping APIs have a free tier?

20 of the 26 providers publish a free allowance. The largest is ScrapingAnt at 10,000 free calls, and 17 of the 20 start without a credit card. A free allowance never counts towards the ranking here, because it is a trial rather than a price.

How many web scraping APIs sell Markdown page, and what does it cost?

15 of the 26 providers publish a Markdown price, against 21 for Plain page. The cheapest at 10,000 pages a month is AnyAPI at $0.700 per 1,000. 15 of those 15 charge the same per 1,000 for Markdown as for a Plain page, so a Markdown shortlist is decided by coverage rather than by price.
