A subscription, not a meter: the door is $49 a month and there is no pay-as-you-go, so 1,000 pages a month costs $49 whatever the rate card says. Every plan quotes three different no-JS rates, and the big headline on each card ("Up to 98,000 results") is the cheapest Amazon rate - a general web page falls in the dearer "Other" row, $1.15 per 1,000 at the entry plan down to $0.70 at $2,000 a month. The flag worth reading twice is failed requests: Oxylabs advertises "Pay only for successfully delivered results", but its own billing page defines success as "2xx or 4xx status codes", so a 403 block from the target is billed and only Oxylabs' own 5xx and 6xx errors are free, which is why this record marks failed fetches as not free. Markdown output is a payload flag at no extra charge, JavaScript rendering costs 17% to 36% more depending on plan, and the residential, anti-bot route is a different product - Web Unblocker, billed per gigabyte ($9.40/GB list at its entry plan, currently 40% off), which is why the residential and anti-bot columns here are blank rather than priced. Unused monthly results do not roll over.

Oxylabs bills per successful result in dollars, not in credits, and prints three no-JS rates per plan (Amazon, Google, Other) plus one JavaScript-rendering rate. A general web page is the "Other" row, so plain is 1 and every plan figure below uses the Other rate. The JavaScript multiplier is not constant: on Micro it is $1.35 against $1.15 (1.17x, the figure recorded here), on Starter $1.30 against $1.10 (1.18x), on Advanced $1.25 against $0.95 (1.32x), on Venture $1.15 against $0.85 (1.35x), on Business $1.00 against $0.75 (1.33x) and on Corporate $0.95 against $0.70 (1.36x), so the rendered column is right at the entry plan and understates the dearer ones by up to 16%. Markdown is a payload flag ("markdown": true) with no separate rate, so it is 1. Residential and anti-bot are null because the Web Scraper API does not sell either as a priced mode: Oxylabs routes it through "reliable premium proxies" it chooses, and the residential, anti-bot product is the separate Web Unblocker, which is billed per gigabyte (see notes).
