ScrapingBee
The clearest multiplier ladder in this market, and the widest: 1 credit plain, 5 rendered, 10 premium, 25 premium rendered, 75 stealth. On the $19 Hobby plan's 75,000 credits that is $0.25 per 1,000 plain pages and $19 per 1,000 through the stealth pool, a 75x spread on the same URL. Two traps. render_js defaults to true, so the naive call bills five credits rather than one and the headline rate is not what a first-time user pays. And stealth has no option to turn rendering off, so there is no cheaper way to get past an anti-bot wall. Markdown and plain-text output are free parameters rather than a priced product, which makes it one of the cheapest LLM-ready fetches here. Plans hard-cap with no overage and credits do not roll over, but ScrapingBee bills successful requests only, and mode=auto with max_cost will hunt for the cheapest configuration that works instead of leaving you to guess. Left null: annual discount (the page offers no annual option), any published uptime SLA, and the founding year.

Knowledge-base article "Credit system explained", the full HTML API list: "Classic proxies without JS rendering: 1 credit. Classic proxies with JS rendering: 5 credits. Premium proxies without JS rendering: 10 credits. Premium proxies with JS rendering: 25 credits. Stealth proxies (no option to disable JS rendering at the moment): 75 credits." Premium is the residential tier the country_code parameter rides on, and stealth is the anti-bot tier, which cannot be bought without rendering, so 75 is both the stealth and the stealth-plus-browser price. Markdown is 1 because return_page_markdown and return_page_text are ordinary HTML API parameters and the credit article charges nothing for them, so a plain fetch returned as Markdown is the same 1 credit; ask for Markdown on a rendered page and it is 5. Watch the default: render_js defaults to true in the HTML API, so a call made with no parameters at all bills 5, not 1. Adding an AI query costs 5 more on top of whichever tier you are on (classic 10, premium 20, stealth 80). Two multipliers outside this site's five: a Google URL through the generic HTML API is 15 credits on classic or premium and 75 on stealth whether or not JS is disabled, and the dedicated scraper APIs have their own flat prices (Google and Walmart 10 light / 15 normal, Amazon 5 light / 15 normal, ChatGPT 15, Gemini 15, YouTube 5, Fast Search 10, Agentic Search 3,750). A mode=auto parameter lets ScrapingBee pick the cheapest configuration that succeeds, with max_cost capping the credits it may spend.
